One-to-one leadership development
Our tailored one-to-one leadership communication programmes are for executives determined to build more impact and influence with peers, senior leaders, clients and their own team.
Priorities are defined by preliminary conversations with HR, with their supervisor and a meeting with the coachee. We review formal written assessments and can undertake a full 360-degree feedback report if needed.
A typical programme pans four to six months. Coachee commits to between three and seven sessions of approcimately two hours each plus ad hoc telephone and email support.
- Essentials of strategic communication

- Listening and questioning that increase influence

- Handling difficult conversations and resistance
Off-site workshops
Team off-sites are a powerful way to build momentum to face new challenges, absorb changes and sharpen comms skills ahead of the next big initiative. Above all, they build team cohesion and are fun.
Ahead of the workshop, we spend time with the team leader/organiser to clarify priorities, get the right tone and plan working groups/breakout sessions. We weave in examples and scenarios that are realistic and recognisable and free the leader to enjoy the workshop themselves. We can also canvass team members ahead of time to get a broader perspective on focus areas.
Sample topics
- Client relationship building
- Deal sourcing communication
- Communicating as a new team following restructure/merger
- Conveying team purpose and values
- What’s our big idea? – Practical thought leadership
- Using social media to increase your influence
- Feedback that promotes positive change
- Presenting with conviction
- Writing and editing – tips from the newsroom
